When we first present an opportunity to our buyer network we describe it in outline only — area, property type, condition, guide price. Your name and full address are released to a specific buyer only once you've agreed and that buyer has passed our proof-of-funds and identity checks. If you tell us not to circulate the property at all, we won't.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in portable form, or withdraw consent at any time.
