The process
Nothing is committed and nothing is circulated until you tell us to go ahead.
Fill in the online form. We will review the information that you have provided and earmark a cash buyer within our network that we think would be a good fit.
Takes you about two minutes
A real conversation, not a script. We'll be straight with you about what a cash buyer is likely to pay and whether selling this way is genuinely the right move for you.
Within one working day
We introduce the opportunity to cash buyers. You choose whether to accept. Your solicitor handles the rest, but we will stay on hand to assist you until completion.
Our aim: a buyer in as little as 2 weeks
Questions
No. Move Forward Homes does not charge sellers any fees.
Unfortunately not. A cash buyer is paying for speed, certainty and the right to buy a property in any condition without a chain — and that discount is what makes the sale possible. If you are not in a rush to sell and the house is mortgageable, then using a local estate agent would be recommended. Your options can be discussed on the follow up call.
Our aim is to connect you to a cash buyer in as little as two weeks. Completion will depend on your personal circumstances and legal work. If the sale is urgent and needs to happen quickly, then let us know at the earliest opportunity to allow us to cater for and help you.
Yes, sometimes we will need to visit the property to fully understand its condition. That allows us to give cash buyers a better understanding of the condition, so they can make a more informed decision on the purchase — which helps to secure a buyer faster, and lowers the risk slightly for them.
No. Nothing goes on Rightmove, Zoopla or any portal, and there's no board outside. When we introduce a deal to our buyer network we describe it in outline only — area, property type, condition, guide price. Your name and the exact address are only released to a specific buyer once you've agreed and that buyer has passed our proof-of-funds and identity checks.
That's common and it isn't a problem in itself. The mortgage is redeemed out of the sale proceeds on completion, the same as any sale. What matters is whether the cash offer clears what's owed — which is why we ask about it upfront, so we can tell you honestly and early rather than three weeks in.
Not at all. The form starts a conversation, nothing more. There's no contract, no fee and no pressure, and you can tell us to stop at any point — including asking us to delete everything you've sent.
It's used to assess your property and find you a buyer, and for nothing else. It's stored securely in line with UK GDPR, never sold to third parties, and enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after 12 months. Full details are in our privacy notice.
You're being asked for real personal and financial detail. Here's exactly how it's handled.
The form is served and submitted over HTTPS only. Nothing you type is stored in your browser, and there are no advertising or tracking scripts on this page.

Overgrown garden, boarded window, post piling up — if you've walked past somewhere that looks like nobody's dealing with it, send us the street and what you saw. If it turns into a deal for one of our traders, there's a referral fee in it for you.
This is a plain-English summary of how Move Forward Homes Ltd handles the information you send through this form. It sits alongside our full Data Protection & Privacy Notice, which we'll send you on request.
